Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026. This policy covers this website and the Solar Appointment Messages text program run by KS Sales & Marketing Consulting, a trade name of KS Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

When you book a consultation: your name, mobile phone number, email, ZIP code and, if you give it, your street address. If you check a consent box (text messages or voice calls), we also record that you agreed, the date and time, the exact consent wording and its version, the page address, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, so we can show when and how you agreed.

How we use it

To contact you about the consultation you requested, to send the appointment texts you agreed to, to answer your questions, and to keep records required by law and by mobile carriers.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or consent, or any mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

Automated and AI voice calls

If you check the separate voice-call box on our form, you agree that KS Consulting LLC (dba KS Sales & Marketing Consulting) may call the number you gave us using an automated system or an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice, only about the consultation you requested (confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes and follow-up). We record that you agreed, the date and time, the exact wording and its version, the page address, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. You can revoke this consent at any time by any reasonable means: tell the caller, reply STOP to a text, email ksconsultingcompanyllc@gmail.com or call (602) 894-5241. We do not share or sell your voice-call consent or your phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

When we share other information

To give you the consultation and, if you ask for one, a proposal, the consultant may share your name, address and electricity-use details with the solar installation company preparing that proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead buyers or other dealers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Email ksconsultingcompanyllc@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep.

Security and retention

We limit access to people who need it to serve you, and keep consent records for as long as needed to show your consent (generally at least four years after your last text), then delete them.

Children

This site is for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
